About Tennis on Ishoko

Tennis is a sport with exceptional tactical and statistical richness. At Ishoko, we have developed a comprehensive module dedicated to tennis that covers the entire ATP and WTA circuits, from the four Grand Slam tournaments to the Masters 1000, including challengers and 500 tournaments.

Our approach to tennis is both global and detailed: we analyze not only the results but also how each player constructs their points, their strengths on each surface, and their performances under pressure.

For each tournament covered by Ishoko, you have access to:

- The main draw and live results,
- the statistics of each match: first serve percentage, aces, double faults, points won at the net, winning returns,
- the analysis of key matches with visualization of important rallies,
- the tracking of draw progression and path projections,
- the historical performance of each player in the tournament over the last 5 editions.
- Major tournaments (Roland Garros, Wimbledon, US Open, Australian Open) receive enhanced coverage with daily reports and surface-specific analyses.

Specifics of tennis predictions.

Tennis presents unique characteristics that complicate predictions compared to team sports:

The surface.

A player's performance varies significantly depending on the surface. Our model takes into account the specific win rate by surface, technical adaptation, and the transition duration between seasons.

Physical condition.

The tennis circuit is intense. Ishoko closely monitors each player's schedule to identify signs of fatigue, recent injuries, and performance trends at the end of the season.

Head-to-head history.

Rivalries in tennis have an important psychological dimension. Our models incorporate the complete history of matchups, weighing recent matches and considering the surface of each past encounter.

The draw.

The structure of knockout tournaments makes predicting paths complex. Ishoko simulates the entire draw to offer you advancement probabilities at each round.
